CHINA: SHANGRI-LA – LIJIANG: THE LEGEND OF YUNNAN

Morning: Guests have breakfast at the hotel and check out.
The group departs for Shangrila – meaning "the sun and moon in the heart", Shangrila is a majestic highland at an altitude of 3,300m with snow-capped mountains and vast lakes. This is a distinctive cultural center, where the traditional values and long-standing way of life of the Tibetan people have been preserved almost intact for over 1,300 years.
● Tiger Leaping Gorge (Hutiao Gorge) is one of the deepest and narrowest mountain gorges in the world, where the Yangtze River is squeezed between the Jade Dragon and Haba snow mountains. This 16km-long, nearly 3,900m-deep gorge is famous for the dramatic sight of river water crashing violently against large rocks, creating a wild and magnificent sound and beauty. (Escalator fee not included)

Morning: You have breakfast at the hotel and check out.
Then, the car takes the group to visit:
● Songzanlin Monastery is a symbol of Tibetan Buddhism of the Yellow Hat sect in Yunnan, famous for its distinctive architecture with gilded roofs and majestic red walls. This monastery is also known as the "Tibetan Art Museum" because it preserves many extremely precious religious objects and cultural heritage.

Morning: You have breakfast at the hotel. The car takes the group to visit:
● Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is like a giant silver dragon stretching across the sky of Lijiang with peaks covered in snow all year round, known as the "Switzerland of the East". Here, you will experience the large cable car at Glacier Park taking you up to an altitude of 4,506m to admire the magnificent icy scenery and enjoy the majestic natural beauty.
(In case the cable car to 4,605m cannot operate due to maintenance/bad weather/peak season, the group will take the Yunshanping cable car instead.)

Morning: You have breakfast at the hotel and check out.
After breakfast, the group transfers to the airport and checks in for the scheduled flight DR5051 LJG SGN 10:40 13:05 back to Ho Chi Minh City.
13:05: Landing at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, the group completes immigration procedures into Vietnam.
