SOUTH KOREA: WINTER SKIING

After landing at Incheon Airport, the coach and tour guide take the group on a sightseeing trip:
Nami Island is a beautiful island 63 km from Seoul, where scenes from the famous drama “Winter Sonata” were filmed. Although the island is quite modest in size, it has a romantic and poetic beauty. It also has a zoo, a botanical garden, a large lake with small wooden boats, and several other recreation areas. In winter, Nami Island is covered in white snow, and the tall trees planted along the walking paths become the perfect backdrop for falling snowflakes. Amid this fairytale-like scene, you can take photos as beautiful as paintings, almost unreal.

You have breakfast at the hotel.
Afterwards, the coach and tour guide take the group to enjoy the scenery of South Korea:
Famous Ginseng Center: Korean ginseng is famous as a precious natural medicinal herb with many benefits for nourishing and restoring health.
Korean Cosmetics Center: This is where leading local cosmetics brands are gathered, with top-quality products that are very popular.
Red Pine Essential Oil Shop: Along with ginseng and cosmetics, red pine essential oil is regarded as a symbol of Korea because of its long history, high value and the benefits this product brings.
Namsan Tower – an extremely romantic destination that has captured the hearts of millions of visitors to Korea. Namsan Tower, also known by the romantic name “Love Tower”, is most famous for its love locks and love-wall brick path. Couples often hang locks on the upper terrace with a little note to show their love. Beside the tower is Namsan Park, where you can immerse yourself in the beautiful snowfall and admire the tower shining out against the snow. (Does not include the cable car ticket to the top of the tower)

After breakfast at the hotel, the tour guide takes the group sightseeing:
Shopping at the government agricultural products store (fresh ginseng).
Trying on Hanbok and making Kimchi is a wonderful experience to better understand the “cultural legend” of Korea. Here, you have the chance to learn how to prepare an important traditional dish and experience the unique cuisine of this country.

You have breakfast at the hotel and check out. Afterwards, the coach and tour guide take you sightseeing:
Gyeongbokgung Palace – the grandest palace and the center of this architectural complex, as well as the political center for several hundred years of the ancient Joseon dynasty. Gyeongbokgung has preserved its ancient features almost in their original form and contains characteristics of Eastern palace architecture. This palace is the embodiment of the power and majesty of the Joseon dynasty and a historical and cultural symbol of South Korea.
National Folk Museum of Korea (National Folk Museum) – the only museum in South Korea that displays and introduces the folk cultural heritage of Korea. The museum holds more than 4,000 historical artifacts and recreates most of the cultural and spiritual features of the daily life of the Korean people from ancient times to the present.
Take photos outside the Blue House – the official residence of the President of South Korea. You will be impressed by the distinctive blue of the presidential roof, the lawn and the green Bugaksan mountains in the distance. The main color of the building is white, and the roof, with its soft green hue, creates an elegant and luxurious overall look.
