The tour program is an all-inclusive package combining sightseeing and shopping; guests may not separate from the group under any circumstances, and unused services will not be refunded. Depending on the necessary case, if you wish to separate from the group, you must notify the company at the time of booking for consideration and pay the prescribed fee (depending on the market, the fee for each shopping stop is from 25 USD to 40 USD per stop, and this fee is non-refundable).
Tour programs operated on international flights with the following airlines will not include meals on board unless the tour program has arranged them separately (included in the program): Vietjet Air (VJ), Vanilla Air (JW), AirAsia (AK), Jetstar Asia Airways (3K), Jetstar Pacific Airlines (BL), Thai AirAsia (FD), Tiger Air (TR), T'way Airlines (TW).
The company is exempt from liability in all cases where guests are denied exit or entry due to personal identity issues.
After a visa is issued, if for any reason you do not join the tour with the company, Gateway has the right to cancel your issued visa with the authorities and will not refund any fees. If you do not obtain a visa for objective reasons from the Embassy and submit 20–24 days before the departure date, the company will refund the deposit after deducting the embassy processing fee of 1,500,000 VND per person.
If the guest is refused a visa before the departure date after the air ticket has been issued, the non-refundable fee is 10,000,000 VND.
If you already have a visa, the deduction is 650,000 VND. If the guest has obtained a visa but does not depart on the scheduled date, the cancellation terms of the contract apply.
