The program is organized and operated by the LIÊN MINH travel alliance. The tour program is a package tour combining sightseeing and shopping; guests are not allowed to leave the group on their own under any circumstances, and unused services will not be refunded. Depending on necessary cases where you wish to leave the group, you must notify the company at the time of tour registration for consideration and pay the prescribed fee (Depending on each market, the fee for each shopping stop ranges from 25 USD–40 USD/stop, and this fee is non-refundable).
Tour programs using international flights on the following airlines will not include meals on the plane unless the tour program has made separate arrangements (included in the program): Vietjet Air (VJ), Vanilla Air (JW), AirAsia (AK), Jetstar Asia Airways (3K), Jetstar Pacific Airlines (BL), Thai AirAsia (FD), Tiger Air (TR), T'way Airlines (TW).
